This site belongs to Heart & Mind Aligned, the coaching practice of Adrianne Luban. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects, why, who else handles it, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

What the site collects, and why
The contact form. When you send a note through the Let’s Talk page, the site collects your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message. The note is emailed to Adrianne and a copy is kept in the site’s form records so it isn’t lost. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
Booking a call. Calls are booked through Calendly, which is embedded on this site. Calendly asks for your name, your email address and the time you’d like, and may ask a question or two about what you’d like to talk about. Calendly stores that booking and sends the details to Adrianne. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies to what it holds.
Paying for sessions. Paid sessions are paid when you book, by card through Stripe or through PayPal. Your card or account details go directly to Stripe or PayPal and are never stored on this site. Adrianne sees your name, the amount and the date, which she needs for her records and her accounts.
Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they found the site. Analytics only runs after you accept it in the cookie notice. It records your visit, the pages you saw and a rough location, and it does not identify you by name. Google’s own privacy policy applies to what it holds.
Email. If you email Adrianne, or reply to an email from her, that correspondence is kept in her email account like any other mail.
Cookies
The site sets a small cookie to remember what you chose in the cookie notice, so it doesn’t ask you every time. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, but only if you accept analytics in the notice. Calendly, Stripe and PayPal may set cookies when you use their parts of the site, to make booking and payment work. You can change your mind about analytics at any time by reopening the cookie notice from the link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Who sees your information
Adrianne. Nobody else at Heart & Mind Aligned, because there is nobody else. The services named above (Calendly, Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics and the site’s hosting and email providers) handle your information as part of doing their jobs, under their own policies. Your information is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing.
How long it is kept
Contact form notes and emails are kept for as long as they’re useful for the conversation you started, and deleted when they’re not. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting rules require. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, which is [Adrianne to confirm: retention period, 14 months by default].
How to ask for your information to be deleted
Email Adrianne at [business address and email] from the address you used, and say what you’d like removed. She will delete your contact form notes, your emails and anything else the site holds about you, and confirm by reply within 30 days. Payment records that accounting rules require to be kept will be kept, and she’ll tell you if that applies.
Calendly, Stripe, PayPal and Google hold their own copies of what you gave them. Adrianne will delete what she can from her side of those accounts, and will point you to the right place at each service for the rest. You can also ask to see what the site holds about you, or to have it corrected, in the same way.
Changes to this page
If the site starts collecting something new, or stops, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. Questions about any of this go to [business address and email].
