The Map to MORE

A practical way to find yourself when life pulls you off course.

The Map isn’t a program you complete. It’s three shifts you make over and over, in small moments, until the new way becomes the way you live. Nobody makes them once and stays there. I don’t. The point is knowing where you are on the map, so you can find your way back.

From fear

Fear to Trust

Fear is the loudest voice in the room, and it sounds responsible. It says: plan for the worst, keep control, don’t let them see. Most of what we call overthinking is fear doing its job. Trust isn’t the absence of fear. It’s the moment you notice fear is driving, take the wheel back, and act on what you know instead of what you dread. You’ll be able to handle what comes. You always have.

From compensating

Compensating to Authenticity

Compensating is everything you do so nobody finds out. The over-delivering. The saying yes. The making sure everyone else is fine before you check whether you are. It works, for a while, and it’s exhausting, because the person being approved of isn’t quite you. Authenticity is quieter than it sounds. It’s saying the true thing in a normal voice. It’s letting people meet the real you, and finding out that they stay.

From mind

Mind to Knowing

Your mind is brilliant at arguing both sides. It can keep a decision open for years. Knowing is different. It’s the answer that was there before the argument started, the one you keep talking yourself out of. Moving from mind to knowing doesn’t mean switching your brain off. It means asking a better question: what is true for me? And then being willing to hear the answer.

Awareness creates the choice.

Notice it.

Something in you tightens. The familiar story starts: you’re about to disappoint someone, lose control, get it wrong. You don’t have to fix anything yet. Just catch the pattern as it starts, and name it.

Let's talk

Where to start

You don’t have to do any of this alone, and you don’t have to be in crisis to begin. Most people come to me with one pattern they’re tired of. We start there. The map does the rest, one small moment at a time.
